Return Policy
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All returns are for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping for all returns is paid by the customer.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of submission and the order must not have been shipped. All cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Factory defects will be processed by one of our manufacturers, we will assist in facilitating the exchange with them.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
All returns are for store credit only. Refund requests are handled on a per case basis.
