Shipping Policy

Flat Rate shipping is subject to oversize fees. A shipping invoice will be sent for oversized orders, the customer will have the option to approve and pay the oversize fees or cancel their order.

Orders that are in stock at our physical location will ship within 1-2 business days via standard shipping (7-14 days total).

Orders from our distributors Canada Warehouse will ship within 1-2 business days of us receiving them (it can take up to 7 business days for us to receive them). Once received by our store, the order will be sent via standard shipping (7-21 days total).

Orders from our distributors USA Warehouse will ship within 1-2 business days of us receiving them (it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive them). Once received by our store, the order will be sent via standard shipping (15-30 days total).

If an order has a mix of products from in store and from distributor, the order will be shipped once all items are received in store.

Shipping times are approximate and we cannot guarantee arrival times as it is out of our control, please contact the shipping provider for more information.

Express shipping is available by request, we will send you a separate invoice and ship your products once the invoice has been paid and approved by the purchaser.

If 15 business days have passed and we have not received your product(s) from our distributors, we will give you the option to cancel and refund your order.

Upon confirmation of delivery from our shipping carriers, the responsibility of the package transfers to the customer. Ricky's Hobby Corner is not liable or lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been delivered to the address specified by the customer.

Errors may occur in shipping, we reserve the right to amend orders for shipping miscalculations. We will send an updated shipping invoice and the customer reserves the right to approve it or cancel their order.
